The Available Lots page now has a full interactive site map — click any of the seven homesites to see its acreage, price, and status at a glance, or browse all seven as cards further down the page.
We've also posted the community documents: the plat map, declaration of covenants, PUD amendment, a contour map, and a geotechnical report covering the roadway. All five are downloadable from the Documents & Resources section on the Available Lots page.
For three homesites — 854, 855, and 858 Shelton Rd — sample concept renderings and floor plans from Clutch Design Studio are now available as well, giving an early look at what's possible on those lots. The other four homesites don't have renderings yet, but every lot on the map now shows real acreage and pricing.
